How We Sing
Connor’s Song seeks to carry the melody of Connor Deal’s life to children around the world. Together with our partners, Touch A Life Foundation, Art Feeds, and you, we are making a difference in the lives of children. Currently your support of Connor's Song is helping to share Connor's love of creativity and imagination through the Connor Creative Arts Center at the Touch A Life Care Center.

Connor Creative Arts Center
We are helping to inspire creativity in all of the rescued children at the Touch A Life orphanage and our soon to be built Connor Creative Art Center will provide therapeutic care for the children as they grow.
Connor Creative Arts Center
Everyone is very excited to have this design as a part of the Touch A Life facility. It will be such an important piece of the look and feel of the TAL Care Center.
The Lego Block Building
You can see from the computer renderings that the Connor Creative Art Center will resemble giant Lego blocks, just like one of the many buildings Connor designed out of tiny Legos.
Construction Begins
The Connor Creative Arts Center building project has been underway since the first of April 2012 and is moving forward with great progress.
The Design Team
You may have heard that the Extreme Makeover Home Edition Design Team went with us to Ghana in April to assist with the design of the Connor Creative Art Center.
Building Blocks
Here is a look at the most current progress on the Connor Creative Arts Center.
Taking Shape
As the walls come up, you can see the facility starting to take shape.

OUR PAST PROJECTS
Click on the pictures in the gallery below to see how we have sung in the past.
Ghana, West Africa
There are an estimated 7000 child slaves working in the fishing industry on a remote lake in northern Ghana. The Touch A Life Foundation (TAL), based in Dallas, TX, rescues the children and raises them on an orphanage there. We have partnered with TAL to help rehabilitate the children. In November 2010, Nan Deal physically helped rescue two children from slavery. Here are the two brothers on that day.
New Clothes
The next day, one boy received his first new article of clothing, a Connor’s Song t-shirt.
Reunited
Here they are six months later when Nan was reunited with them during the July 2011 health fair sponsored by Touch A Life Foundation.
Health Fair Team
A team of people representing Connor’s Song participated in a Health Fair (July ’11).
Joel's New Shoes
During that week Nan placed special therapeutic shoes, designed in the US, on one boy’s feet.
Health Fair 2011
Volunteers participated in the Health Fair to help provide basic care and checkups to the rescued children. To learn more about the child trafficking problem on Lake Volta in northern Ghana watch the Touch a Life Documentary from the Touch A Life Foundation.
